Discounted registration for the Ring!
You can receive a 10% discount on the current entry fee
- large families,
- students,
- pensioners,
- people with disabilities,
- the disadvantaged and
- teachers!
To take advantage of the discount, all you have to do is fill out this form before you register, upload the document proving your eligibility for the discounted registration and send the completed form to us!
If your request for a discounted entry is in order, we will send you a coupon code via email within 2 business days, which you can use by copying it into the coupon code field when submitting your entry!
Rules for using a coupon code for discounted registration:
– The coupon code can be used once for a given Ring event, for one entry. The exception to this is for large families: in their case, all members of the family (i.e. father, mother and children) can enter at a discount.
– The same coupon code can be used for multiple Ring events, but only by the person whose name the coupon code is addressed to!
– The coupon code is not transferable, meaning the coupon code can only be used to refer the person to whom the coupon code is addressed!
– The coupon code can only be used for individual entries (not for team entries)!
– You can use the coupon code for a given Ring event until the entry period for that Ring event expires! It is not possible to apply the discount later (after you have submitted your entry)!
– We reserve the right to change the dates of the tours!
– If we experience abuse during the use of the coupon code entitling to a discount, we will delete the coupon code of the person or persons concerned, and they will not be able to request a coupon code for a discount registration in the future!
