You can choose from the following ticket types for the stations of the 2025 Ring series (except Börzsöny Ring):

4 event pass for “long distance with medal” category
4 event pass for “long distance without medal” category
4 event pass for “short distance with medal” category
4 event pass for “short distance without medal” category

11 event pass for “long distance with medal” category
11 event pass for “long distance without medal” category
11 event pass for “short distance with medal” category
11 event pass for “short distance without medal” category

Based on the pass types, the pass is not valid for the family distance advertised at the given Ring station!

Steps

Purchase process:

If you would like to purchase a Pass:

– You can let us know your purchase intention by filling out the Google Form at the bottom of the page.

– Within 2 business days of completing the Google Form, we will send you an email with a quote for the purchase price of the selected pass..

– Please transfer the purchase price of the Pass based on the fee request, please indicate the identification number of the request in the message section (see the upper right corner of the fee request)! After transferring the price of the Pass, we will issue an invoice, which will be sent to you by e-mail within 2 working days of the transfer.

– After the invoice is delivered, we will send you the coupon code by e-mail within 2 working days. You can copy it into the “redeem coupon code” field on the “sportnaptar” interface when submitting each entry and apply a 100% discount for the given entry!

Please keep the coupon code confidential, do not forward it to third parties!

Usage rules

Rules

Pass (coupon code) usage rules:

– The coupon code can be used once for a given Ring event, for one entry, only in the category (distance, with or without a medal) for which the pass is valid..

– The pass is not transferable, meaning the pass can only be used to name the person in whose name the season ticket is issued!

– You can use the pass for a given Ring event until the entry period for that given Ring event expires!

– Please note: we do not reserve medal entries for pass holders, so it is also worth registering as soon as possible for those who purchase a pass for the long or short distance medal category!

– The applicable cancellation rules for a given Ring event also apply to entries purchased on the basis of a season ticket (i.e. if the cancellation occurs up to the 8th day prior to the given event, it is considered an unused opportunity).

– No refunds will be made for unused opportunities and unused opportunities cannot be carried over to 2027!
