You can pick up your start packages and start numbers after the start/finish center opens, starting at 8:30 a.m. on October 19, 2025!

– long distance: 102 km, 680 m elevation gain
– short distance: 57 km, 390 m elevation gain
– family distance: 29 km, 133 m elevation gain

Terms of participation (extract)

All participants take part in the event at their own risk!
All participants are required to follow the rules of the Road Traffic Act and the instructions of those involved in securing the route.
Wearing a helmet is mandatory at all events!

Registration Fees – Single

Long distance with medal (maximum 120 person):
For pre-registration between September 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025: 5,500 HUF
For pre-registration between October 11, 2025 – October 17, 2025: 6,500 HUF
On October 18-19, 2025: 7,500 HUF
Short distance with medal (maximum 100 person):
For pre-registration between September 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025: 5,000 HUF
For pre-registration between October 11, 2025 – October 17, 2025: 6,000 HUF
For October 18-19, 2025: 7,000 HUF
Long distance without medal (no staff limit):
September 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025 in case of pre-registration: 4,000 HUF
October 11, 2025 – October 17, 2025 in case of pre-registration: 5,000 HUF
October 18-19, 2025 6,000 HUF
Short distance without medal (no staff limit):
For pre-registration between September 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025: 3,500 HUF
For pre-registration between October 11, 2025 – October 17, 2025: 4,500 HUF
On 18-19, 2025: 5,500 HUF
Family distance with medal (maximum 50 person):
2025. szeptember 8. – 2025. október 19. közötti nevezés esetén: 3 500 Ft

3 – 5 person team registration (fee per person)

Long distance with medal (maximum 3 teams):
For advance registration between September 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025: 5,500 HUF
Short distance with medal (maximum 3 teams):
For pre-registration between September 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025: 5,000 HUF
Long distance without medal (no staff limit):
For pre-registration between September 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025: 4,000 HUF
For pre-registration between October 11, 2025 – October 17, 2025: 5,000 HUF
On October 19, 2025: 6,000 HUF
Short distance without medal (no staff limit):
For pre-registration between September 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025: 3,500 HUF
For pre-registration between October 11, 2025 – October 17, 2025: 4,500 HUF

Timing: we provide chip timing for all participants, the chips will be placed on the back of the starting numbers; the time results will be continuously updated on the www.fairtiming.hu website after reaching the finish line!

The registration fee includes

finisher’s package,
a unique medal for the short distance medal and long distance medal category and for the family distance finishers,
Time measurement (except for the family distance)
starting number,
health insurance,
2 freshing points for the long distance, 1 for the short distance,
a portion of food at the finish for the short and long distance finishers,
route marking (but, there will be no road closures!),
professional images.

The entry fee can be refunded if you cancel by October 10, 2025; in case of cancellation after that, the entry fee will not be refunded!
